If you have read the "We Do" tab, you know what we do to set up your new website. There are certain things important to the success of the website that you need to do:
Provide any logos, images, pictures: Whatever you want on top of your website screen needs to be emailed to us once you tell us to go ahead with your new website. We can also insert pictures where you want them within the limits of the applications software we use.
Provide headings for the number of tabs you will need at the top of your screen: The tabs are the information paths to your website. And example is the "We Do" tab above - click on it and you are taken immediately to the section of this website which tells you what we do for you.
Provide advice and direction: You need to tell us what the name of the website will be as well as such things a background colors, tabbing and so forth.
Make decisions as needed: Such things as who should be the administrator of your security system, and so forth. Of course we will be asking you questions about these things so you will know when to provide that information.
Put in your information: Once we set up your tabs for you, you will be able to enter the information you want on your website. Since you enter it, there is no cost to you... a substantial savings in the cost of creating your website. And that is the best way of doing it since you know your business best.
Test the website: An easy and fun task and reviewing your evolving website is an important ongoing task for you not only during your website's intial installation and activation, but also for your updates and maintenace of the site in the future.
Work with us to come up with reasonable plans, schedules and expectations: Any process involving people and computers are bound to have an occasional delay, setback and problem. We operate on a "reasonable person" basis to work out any impacts due to unforseen events which may challenge the timely activation of your website. And we need to know what your business plans are involving the website to make sure there is mutual agreement on what to do when impacts happen!
Agreement or Memo of Understanding: Once you have given us basic information about what you want through a mutual effort of discovery, we will create a simple agreement documenting what is to be done. We do have found that this approach is best as we find that there are usually too many changes involved to document all details as part of an agreement.
